Fees

Please find my session pricing below. I also work with a range of insurance providers, including AXA Health, WPA, Vitality, Cigna, and Aviva.

Sessions are available face-to-face, as well as via video or telephone.

Psychotherapy (Adults)

£70 per hour

Psychotherapy is a confidential space to talk openly about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It can help you better understand yourself, work through emotional difficulties, and develop healthier ways of coping. Therapy can support you through life challenges, past experiences, and patterns that may be affecting your wellbeing and relationships.

Psychotherapy (Children)

£90 per hour

Child psychotherapy offers a safe and supportive space where children can express their thoughts and feelings in ways that feel natural to them. Alongside talking, therapy often uses creative activities such as play, drawing, stories, and art to help children communicate emotions that may be difficult to put into words.

Couples Therapy

£75 per hour

Couples counselling provides a supportive and neutral space for partners to explore their relationship together. It can help improve communication, deepen understanding, and address patterns of conflict or disconnection. Therapy supports couples in working through challenges and strengthening their relationship in a healthier, more constructive way.

Family/Group Therapy

£100 per hour

Family and group therapy offer a supportive space for people to explore relationships, communication, and shared experiences together. Sessions focus on understanding patterns within the group and how each person affects and is affected by others. This approach can strengthen connections, improve communication, and support healthier ways of relating.
